I have used this since my son was 8-9 months old and my goodness it works wonders.. it’s the only reason I started using it as I’m well aware gut health is so important, as soon as he takes this there is an instant difference this product is literally a life saver
My son prefer the old formula, it was much testy and easy to dissolve . I found the formula test funny and when you put them in your mouth the powder won’t easy get dissolved with water instead it is getting hard and stuck on your teeth. I wish you bring back the old formula.
Bought this to try and see if it would help as I suspect that antibiotics given to a newborn don't bode well for long term gut health - and saw this to be the case myself. She's been taking this now for a month and a half and I can say it has helped a LOT. I feel good in knowing we are potentially restoring some of what was lost so early on in her life. I really recommend giving this a try.

Live cultures are very safe (1,2) and you can’t ‘overdose’ on them. But in general, it's best to stick to our recommended daily amount of 1-2 sachets - especially if your child takes other vitamin supplements containing Vitamin D – and keep an eye on their daily Vitamin D intake. If you have any concerns, please contact our nutrition team.

We recommend giving Optibac Babies & Children with the first meal of the day when stomach acidity is at its most neutral. Giving children their friendly bacteria at this time, with food, helps to buffer the delicate live cultures against stomach acids, and ensures that they pass safely through this harsh environment and into the gut.
