I booked a free 15 minute consultation with Louise who answered all of my questions and advised which products would be best for my personal circumstances. I've never known a company to do this and feel it's a wonderful way to support customers.

This is my third day using Optibac bifido and fiber. I am so surprised that it is working. Having had chronic constipation for years and trying numerous fixes, I had begun to think constipation was something with which I would just have to live. Prunes and high fiber diet didn't help. Even after 4 years of eating no meat, fish, eggs, dairy, or few ultra processed foods I still had constipation until this product.
